14 March 2010 : I dedicate my medal to my quiet companions Rebel "f-holes" buddy & Elian "upgrade" Rubini. =)5km in approx 41:34 mins.
I should get back to swimming to build up strength & fitness. Looking fwd to my next run - Dow Run 4 Water =o)
