wonderful nite w the 1978 gang =o)

29 August 2008 : the gang of 1978 gang of peasants - EW, JT, GL, RZ & the royal eunuch - gathered at the Highlander bar for dinner & drinks. We were ushered to this really long table illuminated by these lovely multi-colored lights. Perfect.. juz perfect cos' it makes me very pleased =o)

I ordered a Rib-eye Highlander Angus Steak & 1 pint of Highlander Lager.

My steak was really yummy... just check out what a happy camper i was with my dinner right in front of me. =B

The Highlander lager was just so refreshing too....

The next destination was Nectarie le'Dessert Patisserie ... totally bourgeois... the direct antithesis of a respectable peasant chill-out place. The cakes were nice.... but I would still prefer my regular peasant cakes from the neighbourhood stores. =o)

It was a really nice evening out with the 1978 gang... arh.... such outings fill me with a sense of well-being hahah.... =o)

I am finally started on my first contribution to our Happi Family blog =))

With regards to my business venture, i have nothing to hide.. juz dat itz a small humble business which is still struggling, hence therez nothing much to publicize abt.. so.. thingz haff been kept low profile..

Doraemon guitars ... ...

26 August 2008 : I followed my sweatshop workmates to Peninsula Plaza to look at guitars... and i saw these doraemon guitars ! so cool !~ =D

had not a ....

bad weekend. got to try something for the first time. Papa John's pizza. my companions and i ordered a family set which included a garden salad + 14' pizza (any choice) + starters platter (choice of potato stars, wedges + spare ribs or potato stars, wedges + chicken bbq) + a plate of pasta (choice between black pepper or bolognaise) + a jug of coke + sundae (3 scoops with fruit bits at the bottom) for 5 ppl, the food was more than enough.

19 August 2008 : I got myself a bright orange foldable stool. I tested it out... and it was able to take my weight. =o)

Tea Party @ Chastity's house

16 August 2008 : A bunch of us gathered at Chastity's house for tea, cakes, a movie (Evan Almighty) & some Olympics action.

I had alot of fun parked at the guys' camp .... and a bundle of laughs at the dirty and corny jokes that came from the dudes.

a brief encounter with Mr -wise old man- Miffy

14 August 2008 : i had a good time w Mr Miffy. We had ice cream from Andersson (Vanilla for Mr Miffy & Mango for me). We then went to Yamaha Music shop n Daiso.

Then it was arcade time for us- shooting games, fighting games, basketball games, car racing games. I believe we had a good time...
After our play.. we gobbled up a few sushi and headed home.

Mr Miffy is growing up way too fast... and im huffing n puffing to stay on course with him. =o)

Canteen Duty #2

10 August 2008 : Today... I had my 2nd Canteen Duty at HS. =o) I'm grateful to have NS, DTEO, CP, EL's company!~ I had a good time as usual and a good chat with NS to catch up on watever we have been up to recently.

Hope that our Ant recovers from his bout of food poisoning soon !~

2 August 2008 : We - CP, AC, NS, 77 & JC - gathered to celebrate Ant's Birthday =o) It was great fun with a bundle of jokes that really cracked me up ! We also enjoyed the movie "Hottie & Nottie".

I'm looking fwd to our next big events - mooncake festival bbq & KC coming back on 19 Sept.
